As a child and family therapist with specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I’m passionate about helping families build stronger, healthier connections. My work is grounded in the belief that change happens through relationships - whether the relationship is within the context of a family unit or within ourselves. While I continue to support families and children and adolescents of all ages, I also offer support to adults navigating challenges including anxiety, life transitions, or persisting symptoms from traumatic stress.
