Most of us were never taught how to have healthy, fulfilling relationships, with others or with ourselves. It takes courage to pause, look at what isn’t working, and choose a new way forward. My role is to help you uncover the patterns and protective strategies that keep you from those experiences and to collaborate with you in removing them. My clients often describe leaving our work feeling more grounded, emotionally clear, and able to engage in relationships from a place of choice rather than fear or reactivity.
