Life can be wonderful, but it can also feel messy, overwhelming, and deeply painful at times no matter a person’s age. I support adolescents, teens, and adults working through trauma, stress, emotional or relationship challenges, and significant life changes. The relationship between counselor and client is at the center of my work, so I aim to create an accepting and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your emotions and experiences, knowing that all parts of you are welcome.
