I'm passionate about supporting kids and teens who are juggling the pressures of school, friendships, family, and the constant noise of growing up in today’s world. If your child is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or just stuck, they don’t have to navigate it alone. I work to create a safe, supportive space where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to be themselves. My approach is grounded in mindfulness-based practices and evidence-based therapies such as ACT. I believe each client is the expert on their own experience. My role is to walk alongside them, offering tools, insight, and encouragement as they grow.
