When you are ready to make changes to your life, you need a welcoming place to go. I believe an effective therapeutic relationship starts with exactly that, safety and transparency. I encourage my clients to explore their past traumas, share negative thoughts or mindfully identify physical symptoms that are impacting areas of their life with the idea that nothing is too big or too small. I will help support you by listening empathically, help in finding your voice or building your true self.
