Hello, I am Anna Vargas. I'm a graduate of Loyola Marymount University. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialty in Clinical Art Therapy. My focus is to help clients tap into their inner Superhero so they can conquer obstacles that come their way, whether it be stress, life transitions, relationship issues, working through family of origin, or trauma. Adults, Young adults, families, and Women's issues have been a focus in my practice, life transition, menopause issues, Relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress.
