About
Do you hear your inner critic telling you, “I am not good enough,” “I am not worth it?” Does it feel overwhelming to experience uncertainty in everyday life and relationships? The key is to understand why certain relationship patterns repeat—and more importantly, why you repeat them, even when you know they don't help. I help young professionals move from self-criticism to being able to show up as their full selves—without needing to earn belonging by shrinking, pleasing, or proving. My intention is for you to come to a place where you can speak clearly—so you can feel like an active agent in your daily life and relationships. My work is grounded in the desire to help you create the most crucial relationship in your life – your relationship with yourself. In our sessions, I’ll help you identify what keeps you stuck and what creates the inner tension between your longing to live fully and the pull of what feels familiar.
