Hello all, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I enjoy working with school-aged children and their families. In my work, I feel driven to be authentic, intentional and supportive. I have provided therapy within school-based, community-based and outpatient settings. I utilize techniques from trauma-based treatments, cognitive-behavioral therapy and feel there is much value in exploring the systems each client exists within. I value each client and the uniqueness they hold. I work to provide a safe and accepting space that is led by relationship building, a celebration of wins, gentle guidance and healthy goal setting. I appreciate and have experience working with those experiencing grief/loss, parental or sibling related conflict, school or peer related pressures and symptoms related to Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and/or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
