I am passionate about mental health. I specialize in trauma, as well as with anxiety and depressive disorders. When working with me, I believe in fostering a collaborative & accountable relationship. I have been a mental health therapist for 10+ years specializing in trauma, of all kinds. I use CBT, CPT, and eclectic therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
