Hi, I'm Anna! My goal is to walk alongside you in a journey of developing and restoring personal wholeness. I believe that growth and change are truly possible for you. I enjoy working with young adults, teenagers, and adolescents (12+) experiencing anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, and difficult life transitions. I work with individuals and families to help manage difficult emotions, gain self-awareness, and grow personally, mentally, and emotionally. The best way out of something is through it, and the best way through something is together. I seek to champion and support my clients as they transition through difficult seasons of life.
