Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 16 years of clinical practice. I have experience helping clients who have endured significant trauma. I have an expertise in domestic violence. I am also passionate about helping clients who have been experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, significant grief and loss, ADHD, chronic health conditions/chronic pain, low self esteem and stress management issues. I have expertise in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am also certified in integrative mental health.
