I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals who look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or the pressure to please everyone else. My clients are often accomplished and driven, yet they struggle to feel the same confidence internally that they project externally. Often, they don’t realize how much these struggles are connected to earlier experiences of emotional neglect or relational trauma, subtle wounds that taught them to overperform, people-please, and silence their own needs.
