Welcome! If you’re a college student or young adult feeling stuck in the middle of a big life transition, you’re not alone. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and feel constantly overwhelmed from masking to fit in. Others are working to heal from past experiences or family dynamics that still show up in relationships today. They’re trying to make sense of who they are and how to manage expectations without burning out. They’re looking for clarity, support, and a therapist who truly understands their communication style. Most of all, they want a space that feels safe and affirming, where they can show up as their authentic self.
