My experience spans across a variety of settings, including inpatient programs, community-based care, residential treatment, substance use programs, and emergency departments. Due to my background in crisis and inpatient work, I bring a deep understanding of how stress and trauma impact the mind and body, and the importance of slowing down to rebuild a sense of safety. I take a strength-based and relational approach in my sessions, primarily integrating IFS, Play Therapy, DBT, and TF-CBT modalities.
