Hi there! I work with adults, couples, and children who are looking to have a genuine connection with their therapist. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, and chronic illness/pain, but also treat a variety of other challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum care, self-esteem, and relationship issues. My aim is to help people find clarity, feel empowered, and develop healthy self-esteem so they can have more meaningful, playful, productive, and fulfilling lives.
