Each of us has a unique story, the beauty of our stories is that they all look different, and each deserves to be heard. One of my biggest passions is to walk alongside people so they don't feel alone and help them find their next step that offers positive change. My desire is to help people experience healing in a way that is unique to them. I encourage everyone to come as they are as I foster an environment that offers compassion and acceptance. As a trauma-informed therapist, I have worked with complex trauma survivors, including adults, children, and families.
