My name is Annaliese Thomas, and I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have an eclectic approach to therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, and solution-focused counseling. I use an empathetic and strengths-based approach with my clients. I want to help you achieve the goals you wish to accomplish with the aid of counseling.
