Life is a beautiful gift but sometimes it may feel overwhelming and hard to manage. You do not need to travel this path alone. I can offer support and help. I earned my Master of Social Work from Boise State University in May 2024 and have over 20 years of experience in education with a focus on social skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral management with children. I also work with people of all ages who have experienced trauma and other life stressors. I have enjoyed working at A New Beginning Wellness Center, for three years, helping to empower others to see that change and healing is possible.
