I am an Expressive Arts Therapist and Licensed professional counselor. When someone comes to me for therapy, we first work to address any immediate concerns, and then explore some of the challenges that might be under and around those concerns. I am passionate about working with Neurodiverse individuals, and helping to solve problems, foster growth and facilitate understanding. People are the experts of their own experience. It is my role as therapist to walk with you and offer insight into that experience, allowing you to make connections and find meaning.
