About
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, despite how hard you’re working. Perhaps you feel unseen in your relationships, worn out by conflict, limited by an invisible disability, or disconnected from your sense of self. You might be questioning your academic or professional path, even while others see you as high-achieving and successful. My goal is to help you feel seen and understood, while building the confidence, motivation, and self-compassion needed to achieve your goals without feeling miserable. I aim for our sessions to feel warm, collaborative, and proactive, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space. I work with college students through established adults who are experiencing a wide variety of stressors and symptoms, especially anxiety and depression. I have specialized training in CBT for chronic pain, and I particularly enjoy helping clients reconnect with their identity beyond their physical distress, rediscovering joy, purpose, and balance in life.
