Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, grief, or relationship struggles begin to weigh you down. You may be doing your best to keep things together, but inside you feel exhausted, uncertain, or discouraged. Perhaps you are carrying silent worries that others do not see, or you have tried to move forward but nothing seems to help for long. Whether you are a parent watching your child struggle, a teen navigating change, or an adult facing loss or transition, you want understanding, relief, and a sense of direction. You are longing for peace, clarity, and a way to feel like yourself again. My role is to walk with you through that process. I offer therapy grounded in compassion, collaboration, and practical tools for emotional and relational healing. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and family systems work, I help clients manage emotions, build confidence, and strengthen connection.
