I'm a psychotherapist with 15 years of experience treating patients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related symptoms. My approach is eclectic. It's my experience that patients do best when our work together is tailored to their unique needs and goals. Understanding what's underneath current struggles is often an essential first step in the process of healing and growing.
