Hi there! To begin, I will ask that you complete a brief therapy goals questionnaire which I will use as a blueprint for your therapy journey. This will provide me with a place to begin and will assist me to stay on track with your goals and objectives. I will often refer to this questionnaire to check your progress. Additionally, it is fair to say that though I maintain a sense of humor, I balance this with being a ‘no nonsense’ kind of therapist. I will work with you, doing my part, while asking you to do the same. My focus is to maximize your time and provide a beneficial therapeutic experience. My counseling style is client-centered, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive. My overall goal is to assist you to resolve concerns you’ve identified. Specialty areas involve relationship issues, ADHD, anxiety, life transitions and using substances as a coping mechanism.
