I am a clinically licensed social worker based in Kansas and also licensed to practice in Massachusetts. I have been practicing therapy for more than 12 years and have worked in the field of human services for over 20 years. I primarily help adults who are experiencing difficulties with mood regulation, life transition, and overall wellbeing. I also have experience helping high accountability professionals as well as adults struggling with problematic substance use. In our first session, I'll do a lot of listening to your story and to your goals for our work together. I will ask a few questions to help determine your preferred place to start the therapeutic process, as well as to determine what type of approach will work best for you.
