Accepting New Clients! I provide therapy to adults via telehealth across Minnesota and offer optional animal-assisted Walk & Talks in Savage and Prior Lake! If your mind never stops, you tend to overthink everything, you feel lost, or life transitions feel overwhelming, therapy with me is a space where messy thoughts, big feelings, swear words, and laughter are all welcome as we work through emotions and move toward your goals. I bring curiosity and groundedness to my work, along with nerdy interests like video games, because I believe that a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful and lasting change.
