I’m the founder of the MindFull Healing Collective, where I support therapists, healing professionals, their partners, and seekers who long for an integrative, relational, and culturally attuned space to exhale. Born in India, my healing lineage weaves Ayurveda, yoga, and mindfulness with somatic practices, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and relational neuroscience. I’m also an APA-accredited continuing education provider, offering mind–body–spirit wisdom to future generations of healers.
