I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in NY and TX, with over 20 years of experience in private practice and hospital-based psychiatric clinic settings. I meet with adult patients once or twice weekly to address anxiety, sadness, loneliness, difficult relationships, creative blocks, and addictions. Whether you’re in a profound crisis, navigating a challenging life transition, or simply curious about your internal world, therapy will offer a space for exploration and a deepening understanding of the self. I am an active participant in the psychotherapeutic process and view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative endeavor that brings about emotional transformation and change. My orientation is insightoriented, drawing from a relational psychodynamic framework. When clinically indicated, I will use CBT interventions. I encourage mindfulness practices.
