I believe that your story, your pain, your difficulties and your joys all contribute to your unique self. We live in a world that would otherwise wish us to be more or less the same in order for the world to remain comfortable. What I believe my mission is, is to help you be more comfortable with YOU, your feelings, and with your story so that you may feel ALIVE. And that when you come alive, the world benefits from that gift. My work primarily focuses on the needs specific to women (though not limited), transitional phases of life, relationship issues, young adults and teenagers. We will laugh as much as we may cry. View 5 Photos Together we will explore the often painful and uncomfortable spaces within and work from an Inside-Out approach. In doing so, we find that the storms tend to be more universal, we see our common humanity, we develop more perspective, self-compassion and compassion and empathy for others. When we learn to be more of our authentic selves, we become more free.
