I am a compassionate and curious therapist who primarily works with adults, children, and adolescents dealing with a variety of life issues including mood and anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, relational and attachment struggles, and life transitions. I integrate the Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) model with client-centered practices, and existential perspectives. I utilize play therapy with children, empowering clients of all ages to embrace their internal strengths to lead happier lives.
