I firmly believe that clients seeking counseling services want tools to live better, more fulfilling lives. My approach is not to push change, but to help clients articulate how they want their lives to be — and then work together to create a plan to get there. My career began in accounting and business, but in 2003, I transitioned into the field of behavioral health. I completed my training at The Family Institute at Northwestern University and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. This combination of business experience and clinical insight allows me to take a balanced, results-oriented approach to therapy.
