For over 20 years, I have enjoyed watching clients become their best selves. Life does not come with a manual, so I am here to help. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who are ready to begin the process of change. My practice emphasizes strengths and finding the origins of our difficulties. When we understand why we do what we do, the path to resolution becomes clearer. I am well-versed in the treatment of trauma. I help my clients understand where or why an issue started and how it can be changed. As a Meadows Trained therapist and a Level 2 EMDR practitioner, I focus on fixing not just the problem, but healing the wounds that started it. I also emphasize boundaries, relationship skills and self-concept.
