I help adults work through all types of challenges from daily life stress to chronic pain or trauma so they can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected. My approach is collaborative and practical, drawing from evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, and CPT. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong foundation in both hospital and intensive outpatient settings. At Northwestern Medicine, I provided individual outpatient therapy and facilitated groups for people with anxiety.
