My work blends the training I've received as a therapist and a pastor with creative practices and embodied ritual. Some may call this holistic or eclectic. I just call it authentic. It's how I show up in the world and the way I seek healing, wholeness and spiritual growth in my own life. I love helping individuals of all ages, genders and identities to tap into the ways God shows up in their bodies and in the natural world. But I do have a special place in my heart for women. I have always been drawn to working with the sacred feminine and excavating the wild, fluid, imaginative beauty that orthodox religion has tried to bury.
