Growth and change are possible with a caring and supportive therapist. If you are thinking about beginning therapy, you are probably experiencing challenges, uneasiness, or uncertainties in one or more areas of your life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty years' experience, I have worked with adolescents and adults to overcome many types of obstacles, achieve their goals, and live happier lives. I work together with clients to develop skills and resolve a variety of issues including stress, anxiety, depression addiction, trauma, and grief. I completed a PhD in Counseling at Georgia State University in Atlanta and specialize in helping adults and adolescents lead more fulfilling and productive lives. I employ a variety of therapies and combine engaged and understanding listening along with education and skills development to assist people in taking successful steps toward meeting their goals.
