We all have found incredible ways, survival strategies, of not being with the here and now. It may be painful to be with ourselves, and sometimes equally as challenging to be with others. In my practice, I offer a mind-body approach for trauma to help you be with the overwhelming feelings and sensations required for deeper healing. I believe this process happens when people feel safe enough to experience nonjudgmental curiosity, radical self-compassion, and are supported through thoughtful, deeper, nervous-system attunement in relationship with the here and now.
