Hi! I'm Anne. I have been a therapist for 10 years and as a career changer, I can honestly say I love my job. I became a therapist to help others understand why we respond the way we do. I have noticed similar patterns emerge in those I’ve had the pleasure to work with and learn from. This led me to understand that we, as humans, are hardwired to produce specific responses based on our nature, nurture, and circumstances. I am particularly drawn to working with young adults (18-30s), particularly in how neurodivergence (ADHD/autism) uniquely affects overall mental health and navigating everyday life.
