I specialize in providing therapy to couples. As a relationally-trained therapist, I bring curiosity to the ways circularity works in couple relationships: how are patterns co-created and maintained? Through a collaborate and creative process, clients will grow individual and relational self-awareness. Together, we will consider the importance of validation and curiosity in reducing conflict. I support clients in naming emotions, needs, and hurts, so that they may become bids for connection, instead of hidden sources of detachment.
