As a psychologist I am kind, warm and direct. For over 20 years I've had the privilege of helping people with anxiety, depression, psychosis, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, relationships and personal growth. Together, we can take on the most difficult experiences and circumstances in order to help you live authenticity, and feel more fulfilled and more alive. I work with you to build individualized strategies for symptom reduction. My main focus is to address the underlying causes of symptoms including repetitive relational patterns, family dynamics, trauma and overwhelming thoughts and feelings.
