I am truly passionate about my work as a counselor, and feel I offer a unique approach. I graduated from Naropa University. I have been working in the field of mental health for 20 years. My approach is client centered, focusing in transpersonal psychology, where I view each person as having the capacity and desire for personal growth and change. I see myself as a facilitator who assists clients in discovering their own truth and healing processes. I also have training in meditation and working with the unconscious mind through art therapy such as sand tray creation and dream therapy.
