Finding the right therapist can be challenging - but I believe that we can collaborate together to empower you to work towards improving your mental health and quality of life. I have worked with ethnically diverse populations and have experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues. I provide empathetic supportive/counseling to help you make sustainable changes in your life, and to find more balance in your mental, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. I work with ages 8 - 68 years old. My primary experience has been working with kids/teens and their families to help manage mental health and behavioral issues. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Substance Abuse treatment, and Family Counseling. I practice wide range of evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Informed Cognitive Processing Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Addiction Counseling.
