Therapy is a process of growth and discovery and, as your therapist, I will be an active participant in this process. We will work together to identify your goals and uncover the obstacles that are preventing you from moving forward in your life. My style is engaged and interactive--I will ask questions, give feedback, and encourage you to think about the choices you make and the results of those choices. I am an empathic listener, who can emotionally attune and communicate with others and I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs.
