About

My ideal client is a teen or adult who identifies as neurodivergent—often autistic or living with ADHD—and is seeking support with anxiety, depression, executive functioning, or social connection. They may have spent years trying to fit in or mask, and now want to feel more authentic and confident. I also enjoy working with parents of neurodivergent children who want to strengthen their relationship with their child. These clients are looking for a therapist who will meet them with compassion and offer practical, affirming support. They want tools that help them grow, not just cope—in a safe, respectful space I specialize in working with autistic individuals, those with ADHD, and others navigating anxiety, depression, or social-communication challenges. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and affirming. I offer individual therapy and parent coaching, and I’m trained in PEERS, Hanen’s Talkability, and therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons.
