There are times in our lives when we need the help of an experienced therapist to guide us through our life struggles. Whether you have an eating disorder or addiction; depression or anxiety; relationship challenges or going through a life transition, I can help. I am an interactive therapist who provides compassionate nonjudgmental care. I will work collaboratively with you using different methods of treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Experiential Techniques depending on your needs. We will work together to address your underlying issues; enable you to gain insight; and develop life management skills to improve your well being.
