I really feel passionate about sitting with clients who are ready to dive in and explore their inner lives, what's fueling their behavior and/or thinking, and are ready to try some different tools to see if we can get the results they're hoping for. I really strive to help clients find relief, contentment, and always feel honored that they allow me to walk with them on their life journey. My clients generally struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, work problems, relationship issues, addiction, spiritual obstacles, and many other frustrations. Culture plays a big role in the way we think, so I bring that into our time together. My therapy style is very client centered and so it often changes with the needs of the unique individual.
