Life gets bumpy. Let's work together to maximize the quality of your life. I work with adults in CT and MA struggling with anxiety, trauma, life transitions and depression. I help clients sort out what is happening, to begin addressing the root. I have been a clinical social worker for over 20 years and began my career in the Boston area. I have worked in a number of different settings and roles inpatient and outpatient. It has been my privilege to work with people ages 18 - 100+. My combined work experience over the years has helped to develop my present therapeutic style based first and foremost in compassion, with the knowledge that each client is a unique individual.
