Reaching out can be difficult, but you can rest assured your privacy is protected and secure in therapy. Everyone deserves a safe place to unpack life's challenges and hardships with support. Having the right therapist is critical to the process. My style is lovingly honest in order to best serve you. It is my philosophy that therapy can be like going to the gym...if you don't feel it- you probably aren't changing much. It is my job to both support and challenge in areas that will facilitate growth. Often times much of my work is centered around supporting clients on becoming more mindful and breaking old patterns.
