Trauma isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes it’s the quiet accumulation of moments where your needs went unmet or you learned it wasn’t safe to fully show up as yourself. Over time, that can lead to anxiety, burnout, or relationships that feel confusing or draining. As a trauma-informed therapist, I help people who’ve learned to hold it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Together, we’ll slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and rebuild a sense of safety, self-trust, and emotional balance.
