I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's been weighing on you and begin to feel more grounded and understood. I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief or loss. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider and have a particular interest in working with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who want to better understand themselves and are ready to engage in meaningful growth. Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized. Together we will identify what's getting in the way of your well-being, build insight, and develop practical tools to make you feel more confident, regulated, and aligned with your values. I offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments.
