Hello! I provide insight-oriented talk therapy using a holistic, person-centered approach. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I can provide you support and guidance to resolve painful emotions and make positive changes. I have experience with a broad range of concerns after working in the field for over 18 years. I welcome clients of any background, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I know from experience that finding a therapist you feel is a good "fit" for you is crucial since the relationship is vital for positive treatment results. I have special training in perinatal mood disorders, infertility, and am passionate about working with new moms and those trying to conceive. I have specific experience working with SCAD students and am familiar with their culture and demands. I can assist students in finding a balance between their work and personal needs.
