I enjoy working with clients ages 14+ and have extensive experience working with adolescents who are struggling with school achievement, bullying, anxiety, truancy, social skills and navigating the resources available to meet their individual needs in the classroom. I take pride in cultivating a strong therapeutic bond to help clients feel validated and empowered as they work toward their personal goals. I am trained and experienced in a variety of evidence based treatment modalities. I am particularly excited to offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to my clients. ART is an evidence based treatment that can produce rapid results for clients suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance misuse, and many other mental and physical conditions.
